1. Data We Access
When you authenticate through Google OAuth, we access:
- Your Google account email address
- Your Google profile name
- Basic profile information (profile picture if available)
What we do NOT access: Your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Google Photos, or any other Google services.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your authentication data serves the following purposes:
- Identity Verification: Confirming you are a unique participant in oracle governance cycles
- Witness Attribution: Associating your testimonies and evaluations with your identity
- Access Control: Ensuring only authenticated users can participate in governance rituals
- Communication: Sending notifications about oracle cycles and decree outcomes via the email you provide
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Your data remains within The Temple's systems with these exceptions:
- Public Witness Records: Your name may appear on public oracle decrees if you participate as a Witness
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process
4. Data Storage & Protection
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols
- Authentication tokens are stored securely and expire after 30 days
- Oracle testimonies and witness records are stored immutably as part of the governance archive
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access
- Access to systems is restricted to authorized personnel only
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Authentication Data: Retained while your account is active; can be deleted upon request
- Oracle Participation Records: Permanently archived as part of the immutable governance record
- Account Deletion Request: You may request account deletion by emailing privacy@kypriatechnologies.org
- Upon deletion, your authentication data will be removed from active systems
- Historical oracle participation records remain as they are part of the permanent governance archive
- We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account (excluding immutable governance records)
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Withdraw consent for data processing
